This project is designed as an island disconnected from the city, surrounded by major roads, and therefore aims to provide a comprehensive solution for all the residents' needs. It integrates urban life with nature, featuring green communal gardens for the residents, both horizontally and vertically, enhancing the building’s facade. A flowing water feature connects the spaces, symbolizing unity and community. This combination of nature and urban functionality makes the project unique, promoting collective living and sustainable design. The innovative use of wood louvers, glass panels, and green terraces creates a dynamic architectural experience, blending environmental consciousness with modern urban aesthetics.
